Yesterday, I posted an article, ‘Just how Scientific is Science.‘ It was pointing out the unbelievable claims of an article in the London Guardian that said, that "Aliens may destroy humanity to protect other civilisations, say scientists". They go on to say "Rising greenhouse emissions could tip off aliens that we are a rapidly expanding threat, warns a report."

Today I want to ask the question, 'If extraterrestrial beings might view changes in Earth's atmosphere as symptomatic of a civilisation growing out of control – and take drastic action to keep us from becoming a more serious threat, what would they think of our casual attitude to killing our own children in the mother's womb?' Continue reading →

I am not really sure if the London Guardian article of Thursday 18 August 2011, shows just how desperate the 'climate change lobby' is, or how un-scientific a man can be and still be called a Scientist or how full of speculation and words like 'might,' a report can be and still have it covered by the Guardians science correspondent, Ian Sample.

By the way, I checked 18 August, is not an anagramme for the 5 April.

The articles headline is, "Aliens may destroy humanity to protect other civilisations, say scientists". Continue reading →

Nor is it ‘Evangelism,’ as more often than not, the gospel never gets shared with people you develop a ‘friendship’ with. See Evangelism Training.

What caused the Riots in the UK during August 2011, and who is responsible?

The BBC on their website gave, ‘The ten competing arguments used to explain the riots.’ But are any of these the true reason? Can any of these explain what we have seen on our TV’s, on our computers or in our newspapers over the last few days? Are these actually reasons or are many of them really just symptoms in themselves of a deeper problem?

Before I say anything more, let me say that I am not holding Richard Dawkins responsible for the recent riots in London and elsewhere in the UK. Well, not directly… but let’s look at where we are, and where responsibility lies.

A grass-roots movement to challenge the anti-Christian dogma of evolution Lets help spread some doubt! [dropcap2]T[/dropcap2]he “Question evolution!” campaign is planed to help empowering people to stand firm together against the evolutionary indoctrination that is so rampant in our schools, universities and media. You can encourage your friends to ‘Question evolution’—especially if you are a student who is being force-fed evolutionary dogma. What good questions can you ask? Creation Ministries International‘s exciting ‘Question evolution’ tract, 15 Questions for Evolutionists, provides 15 critically important questions that evolutionists cannot adequately answer. Share them with your friends, family and fellow students.
Deborah, Kirsty and Andrew will be going to Skroedstrup Boarding School, Skroedstrupvej 26, 9550 Mariager, Denmark, for the Reformation Resurrection Camp 2011 from 26th to 29th July. We are going to hear Voddie Baucham speak on Paul’s letter to the Ephesians covering eternal salvation, the Gospel of free grace, the Gospel driven family, and spiritual warfare. Dr. Baucham will also be making an apologetic presentation of the trustworthiness and authority of the Bible. “Reformation Resurrection 2011 is a rallying cry to the same solution that the reformers risked their lives to proclaim. That sinful men can be justified before a … Continue reading →

The Time has come for Bible Matters to get a new look. This is not so much because we wanted a smarter or better looking website, I will be sad to see the old one go. It is because we need a website ‘back end,’ that is more useful. We need a website that has been designed to work as a proper website not blog and one that has a good CMS, Content Management System. We are still running on WordPress, but with a great new front end by ThemeFuse.com.
