You know the way you find one thing on the internet and it leads you to another, and another? Well I was sent this line to a great little video called “Richard Dawkins – Maria Von Trapp has seven words for you…” I have put it up on BibTags.com. But one of the links from that was the video below.

The Title is “Ray Comfort apologises for banana illustration”. It is something of a challenging apology. Ray not only apologizes for the illustration, he also offers Richard Dawkins $20,000 to debate him on the existence of God. I hope Ray Never apologizes to me like this… hehe!

God is sitting in Heaven when a scientist says to Him, ‘Lord, we don’t need you anymore. Science has finally figured out a way to create life out of nothing. In other words, we can now do what you did in the ‘beginning’.’

‘Oh, is that so? Tell me…’ replies God.

‘Well’, says the scientist, ‘we can take dirt and form it into the likeness of you and breathe life into it, thus creating man.’

‘Well, that’s interesting. Show Me. ‘

So the scientist bends down to the earth and starts to mold the soil.

‘Oh no, no, no…’ interrupts God,

‘Get your own dirt.’

The Beast at Downing Street! Not making any claims, but just saw this on the BBC website and had to share the fun.  Officials struggled to execute a three point turn of Obama’s armoured limousine, known as ‘The Beast’, during the president’s visit to Downing Street.

We have recently received a complaint about all the religious holidays, Christmas, Easter, etc. We were asked why can we not have an Atheists Day. We replied you already have one April 1st.

“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.”    Psalms 14:1 (KJV)

We love you atheists, keep coming, but who could resist a complaint like that.

However, in truth we do think it is foolish to say there IS NO GOD, just because with some hard work and a lot of imagination you can think of a way to explain the world by natural means. Just because you can come up with an explanation, do not mean that there is not God.
